This project envisages construction of three 19-storey residential buildings in conjunction with two 19-storey buildings referred to «Tengiz Towers-1» project. All buildings are integrated in a sole architectural ensemble that consists of 5 single-type high-rise residential buildings and two single-storey office buildings that create a symmetrical composition situated on axis coming in south-western direction, and 4-storey office building attached to one of the residential towers.
